Vaderaa also runs two ventures that keep their own names and their own look. Soma Labs is an AI research lab. SomaLC is a Leaving Cert study platform.
What the group is
Vaderaa Consulting is the architecture practice. Around it sit two ventures with their own names and their own look, so each can be judged on its own work.
Soma Labs
A frontier AI lab, run alongside Vaderaa. It works on the questions underneath AI rather than the products on top of it, and every claim is pre-registered and tested blind.
It has two programmes. LOCUS asks whether a system can build its own world. IMark asks whether an essay can be marked without being understood.
SomaLC
A Leaving Cert study platform, at somalc.ie.
How it sits with Vaderaa
Sebastian Vaderaa leads the AI research and engineering. He builds frameworks for world models and deterministic marking, published through Soma Labs.
