Kabir served as Tech Lead and Solution Architect for Bord Gáis Energy's I-SEM programme (2017 to 2018), the largest IT programme within the organisation at the time, supporting Day 1 Go-Live for the new all-island electricity market.
- Led application architecture design across the full programme, SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise
- Delivered the Market Settlements Platform supporting new I-SEM settlement rules
- Delivered the Bid Management Platform for energy trading operations
- Designed the Energy Modelling Platform for forecasting and analysis
- Delivered a BI dashboard platform with Data Mart and Data Warehouse for real-time trader insights
- Managed hundreds of API and data integration points across diverse systems
- Delivered real-time reporting from Whitegate Power Station for operational decision-making
